Due to the nature of our services, we maintain a strict no refund policy on all confirmed purchases, bookings, or service engagements.

2. No Refund Policy

Once a payment is made for any of our services, including but not limited to:

• Graphic Design

• Website Development

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Digital Marketing Campaigns

• Consultation or Strategy Sessions

…the transaction is final and non-refundable. This applies regardless of usage, satisfaction, or the stage of the service delivery.

❗ Why No Refunds?

• All our services are customized to each client’s business.

• Considerable time, planning, and expert labor go into each task as soon as a project begins.

• We allocate internal resources and begin execution based on your commitment and confirmation.

3. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a project:

• You must notify us in writing at support@dopaminehub.com.

• Cancellation does not entitle you to any refund, even if the project is partially completed.

• Any unpaid balance or milestone due at the point of cancellation will still be payable.

4. Service Revisions and Adjustments

We are committed to customer satisfaction and quality delivery. While refunds are not offered, we may accommodate reasonable revision requests based on the scope agreed upon in your project contract or service agreement.

Please note:

• Excessive revisions outside the original scope may incur additional charges.

• Any adjustments must be requested within 10 business days of project delivery.

If you believe an exception should be made, or if you experience any issue with service delivery, please contact our support team at support@dopaminehub.com. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we are happy to discuss your concerns and aim to find a reasonable solution if possible.
